The E.N.T. Section is recognized as a Postgraduate Training Institute since 1984 and it is known as Sanjeevan Medical Foundation ENT Postgraduate Training Institute. In the year 1984 Diploma Course i.e. Diplomate NB (Otorhinolaryngology) of National Board of Examinations, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, New Delhi.

From the academic year 1990-91 this P.G. Institute has obtained affiliation from Shivaji University, Kolhapur for training candidates for M.S.(ENT) and D.L.O. (ENT).

In the year 1996, the Medical Council of India has approved this P.G. Institute for Postgraduate Training candidates for M.S.(ENT) and D.L.O. (ENT).

In addition to the above, in the year 1995 this P.G. Institute is recognized for training candidates for P.G. Diploma i.e. D.O.R.L. and F.C.P.S.(ENT) by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Bombay.

Hence now this Postgraduate Institute is a unique Education Centre in E.N.T. speciality. It is a matter of proud for this P.G. Institute to state that so far more than 100 postgraduate students have succefully completed their respective P.G. Degree/ Diploma Courses at this ENT Postgraduate Institute and have started their ENT practice all over India and even abroad.
